Tommasi Viticoltori

Tommasi Viticoltori is a family winery founded in 1902 in Pedemonte, in the heart of the historic Valpolicella Classica, in a strip of land that stretches northwest of Verona, between the Lessini mountains and Lake Garda. Its hills are a privileged land not only for history, culture and traditions but also for the beauty of the landscape and the extraordinary vocation for vines. Starting from a tiny vineyard owned by grandfather Giacomo, the Tommasi family's production has grown over the years and today owns vineyards and estates in four regions of Italy. Thanks to an investment policy that has seen it involved in the acquisition of land with a high wine vocation, the winery now has about 195 hectares under vines owned, plus an additional 27 hectares under vines leased. With more than one million bottles produced annually, the winery offers a varied and wide range of labels, proving to be among the best ambassadors of Made in Italy wine in the world. Today the winery is directed by the fourth generation of the family, each with their own role and responsibility. The production base is undoubtedly in Valpolicella, where in addition to the fine Amarone, of which it is among the most important producers, it bottles Lugana, Valpolicella, Ripasso and Bardolino.
Thewines that come out of the winery's walls each year are characterized by an astonishing personality, exquisitely traditional, elegant and long-lived like very few others.
