On soils rich in pebbles the \u003cstrong\u003eMerlot\u003c\/strong\u003e vines have been planted, while it is predominantly sandy soil that accommodates the \u003cstrong\u003eCabernet Sauvignon\u003c\/strong\u003e and the ancient \u003cstrong\u003eCarmenère\u003c\/strong\u003e vines.\u003c\/strong\u003e \u003cbr\u003eIn \u003cstrong\u003e2015\u003c\/strong\u003e San Leonardo began the path of conversion to \u003cstrong\u003eorganic farming\u003c\/strong\u003e that was successfully concluded at the end of 2018 by obtaining certification.
