In 1997, the management passed to the siblings, Antonella, Gavino and Leonardo and their mother Maria Caterina.\u003cbr\u003eThe natural vocation to \u003cstrong\u003eextreme quality\u003c\/strong\u003e, the territoriality of the products, the deep respect for the environment characterize all the production.\u003cbr\u003eThe road has been marked by the meeting with many experts who have appreciated the products and provided valuable advice.\u003cbr\u003eBut one in particular, was fundamental,the meeting with the famous \u003cstrong\u003egastronome journalist Luigi Veronelli\u003c\/strong\u003e, who, in 2002, prompted the Pinna brothers to produce \u003cstrong\u003epitted extra virgin olive oil\u003c\/strong\u003e from the olives of the ancient Bosana olive trees of the \"Prato Comunale\" estate in Sassari. \u003cbr\u003eIn the \"Ochila, estate, an ancient valley characterized by a very fertile soil and numerous important prehistoric settlements, artichokes, asparagus, fava beans and tomatoes and vines are grown. A few hours after harvesting, the vegetables are preserved in the Bosana pitted extra virgin olive oil produced by the farm itself.\u003cbr\u003eFrom the native vines of cannonau and vermentino comes the production of two excellent wines \"Okila\" and \"Agale\".\u003cbr\u003eThe\u003cstrong\u003e preservation of the territory and its biodiversity\u003c\/strong\u003e is a fundamental value in order to be able to give value but above all identity to the products that the land offers,respecting the typicality and freshness of the raw materials in all its organoleptic facets.\u003cbr\u003eFor this reason, all production is carried out with a very low environmental impact.\u003cbr\u003eThe green soul is summed up by the extreme attention to natural resources\u003cstrong\u003eusing and processing only what the land produces\u003c\/strong\u003e, leaving no waste, limiting or excluding the use of pesticides.
