To the concept of \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003equality\u003cspan\u003e \u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e come those of \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eselection\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, of interpretation and terroir.
