The geographic location of its approximately 50 hectares of olive groves is one of the strong points of this company, which scrupulously follows all the production phases that lead to obtaining an oil of the highest quality.
Not to be underestimated is the method of storing the oil with controlled temperature in stainless steel containers and in a modified atmosphere. In fact, the use of nitrogen in the bottle allows to keep unchanged all the nutritional and organoleptic characteristics of a special extra virgin oil, which is obtained from only native Sicilian olives.
For 6 generations, the Cutrera family has been handing down traditions and successes while continuing to innovate. For example, they were the first to install an optical infrared sorter on the farm that allows them to eliminate defective olives, always managing to achieve a constant and high standard of quality.
Thanks to a vast knowledge of the raw material, on the farm they select a different type of extraction for each type of olive.
