The winery processes the main \u003cstrong\u003evines of the Langhe, the Roero and Monferrato, vinifying the most prestigious \u003cstrong\u003ecru, in purity, refining and proposing them individually to better enhance their different expressions. The guiding principles of the winery are knowledge and respect for the grape varieties and terroirs, combined with winemaking that enhances their strengths.
