Since 1920, it is the same \u003cstrong\u003esourdough\u003c\/strong\u003e that Grondona biscuits are still made with today, all according to the dictates of Orlando Grondona, written in the 'notebook of good things'.\nThe factory currently has a 12,000 square metre facility. Technology is always at the product's service, and every 'new' product must possess all the trappings of excellence before it reaches those who appreciate it.\nIn October 2020, Biscottificio Grondona became the youngest member of Les Henokiens, the small club of family businesses with at least 200 years of history.
